Fortini Strawberry 200ml

Fortini Strawberry 200ml is a Food for Special Medical Purposes designed for use under medical supervision.

This nutritionally complete ready-to-drink sip feed contains 1.5 kcal/ml, providing nutritional support to children aged one year or older and with a body weight of 8kg or more who are unable to meet their dietary needs from other foods.

Fortini can also be used as the sole source of nutrition for children aged between one and six years, or between 8 and 20kg in body weight.

Each box comes with a 200 ml bottle featuring an attached flexible straw for easy sipping, adding convenience to the high quality of nutrition.

Contraditicions

Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.

Preparation

Fortini is best served chilled. It may be frozen or gently heated (not boiled). Shake well before opening.

Shelf life / storage

12 months

Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C) and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, Fortini should be consumed within 4 hours, or stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter.
