Crampmed Relief helps restore normal muscular activity and movement during the day and at night. Supports muscle relaxation. Crampmed Relief is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form. For external use,Crampmed Relief Gel is quickly absorbed, non-greasy and will not stain clothing.

Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.

Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.

Crampmed Relief contains homoeopathic potencies of Cuprum Metallicum, Convallaria, Hypericum, Lathyrus Sat, Mag Phos, Rhus Tox, Sulphur and Veratrum Viride all in a 30c potency.
