Poly-tears lubricating eye drops have been specially formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes. Description & Use Poly-tears Eye Drops formula compliments natural tears to lubricate and relieve irritation, grittiness and burning which may result from an inadequate natural tear film or exposure to wind or sun. Suitable for use with all contact lenses. Dosage Instil 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as required or as directed by your doctor. Discard container 4 weeks after opening. Active Ingredients Duasorb (hypromellose 3 mg/ml and dextran 7 1 mg/ml). Storage & Disposal Store Below 25?C. Warnings Ophthalmic use only, sterile until opened, do not use if seal is broken and do not touch dropper tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
