Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails One-A-Day multi-nutrient tablets contains colloidal silica, biotin, zinc and selenium in a convenient once daily supplement. Formulated to nourish from within, Qsilica capsules may support healthy hair, skin & nails.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equivalent to Silicon 210 mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75 mg (Equivalent to Zinc 24 mg)
Selenomethionine 250 µg (Equivalent to Selenium 100µg)
Also contains: tableting aids
Dose: Adults take one tablet per day with a glass of water and preferably with food
